By accessing or using KoruTalk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use KoruTalk.

2. Description of Service

KoruTalk is a free, anonymous random chat platform that connects users for text and voice conversations. No account or camera is required. Sessions are temporary and not recorded.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KoruTalk to:

  • Share, solicit, or distribute sexually explicit content involving minors.

  • Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users.

  • Share content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

  • Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing.

  • Attempt to circumvent safety features or abuse detection systems.

  • Impersonate any person or entity.

  • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you share during a session. KoruTalk does not monitor conversations in real time but reserves the right to act on reports of abuse. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to block access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, without notice. Because no accounts are required, enforcement is based on technical identifiers such as IP address.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of any content shared by users, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoruTalk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from interactions with other users.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which KoruTalk operates.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
